For what she lacks in size, she sure makes up for in personality. She would never let anyone know she is small. She can play with the best of them and keep up at all times. She is a talker and makes it known she is around. She loves the water and would prefer to spend the day in a water hole. |

She is quite the cuddle bug but she wants your 100% attention on her! She has perfectly working paws and isn't afraid to use them to get your attention. |

aka our Asher (AKC #SS03469801 - AKC DNA #V844391) Asher is our first boy and one of our original three. He is a brown and white sweetie. He is pretty easy going and just goes with the flow. This boy enjoys a meal, he lays down with his paws on either side of the bowl and takes the whole experience in. Of course, if sitting at the dinner table is an option, he is all for that! He loves to play, especially in the water (whether it be the water bowl, the pool or the pond.) |

She prefers to be as close as possible at all times and very affectionate. She is a big hugger, if standing she will jump up and wrap her legs around you. Her favorite thing is her bones. If bones are left alone, she rounds them up and starts hiding them for later. She will not be without. |

We would also like to include our retirees as well! These momma's, Miss Amegi (left) and Miss Aska (right), have produced some wonderful puppies over the years and we have met some wonderful families along the way.
About the Lagotto Romagnolo
The Lagotto Romagnolo is a breed of dog that comes from the Romagna sub-region of Italy. The name means "lake dog from Romagna, " originating from the Italian word lago, meaning lake. This is what led us to the breed, we love the water and love a dog that loves water as well. Our first family, our original 3 that became our A-Team, traveled to us from Serbia. Our A-Team has grown over the years and travelled from far away but quickly become one of our own!
The Lagotto is a small to medium-sized dog, well proportioned, powerfully built, of a rustic appearance, with a dense, curly coat of woolly texture. They are considered to be hypo-allergenic, as they have hair rather than fur. Grooming is required, three to four times per year, depending on your preference of coat length.
The Lagotto is easy going, trainable, affectionate and very attached to his owner. A very good companion dog and an excellent watchdog. They are very curious with a natural gift for searching and a very good nose has made the breed very efficient in finding truffles (or flower bulbs in my case).
