A motivated team is definitely going to be able to reach greater heights. I mean, just think about the team that Michael Jordan led to multiple NBA championships. It is not that they were the most talented team, it was that they were the most motivated. If you are in a team with Michael Jordan, all you can do is try your hardest, right? They were all motivated to be better, because they had the best player in their team.
